  4.     Warning! Beware! Danger! What more can I say to alert the "boom
  5. car" drivers whose superstereo-equipped autos blast the streets
  6. with loud music (BUSINESS, March 6)? These sound devotees could go
  7. deaf or acquire tinnitus, a nerve-racking torment that is like
  8. hearing a telephone ringing constantly. I urge these blockbusters
  9. to turn down the decibels or suffer a lifetime of audio mental
  10. torture.

  15.     Boom cars are a nuisance. They interrupt conversation, distract
  16. drivers and pedestrians, wake babies and infringe on other people's
  17. space and thoughts.
